Production Time

Production times can vary for special and custom ordered items. Large items, such as custom made quilts and blankets, can take 4 – 6 weeks. Embroidered pieces, depending on quantity, should be faster.  We will stay in contact and keep you updated with the timelines. 

Ready to ship items available for sale on our products page will be sent within 3-5 business days from the date of order.

Custom Made Items

We will work directly with you to create custom items.  We will discuss fabric colors, themes, patterns, and sizes when developing the creation but reserve the right to make final styling decisions in the creation.  You may be asked to pay 50% down payment to cover the cost of custom ordered material which will be non-refundable if you cancel the order after materials have been purchased. We reserve the right to refuse to produce creations that contain explicit language, profanity, or political themes.  If you want custom pieces included in the production of the product, we cannot guarantee the quality of the fabric, especially any non-cotton fabric, included in the design.  We cannot finish quilts or repair old quilts. We are in business of creation, not repair.  Contact us with your special requests so we can design your dream.

Orders and Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Also, sometimes our site may contain historical information that is not current and we reserve the right to change this data at any time. We reserve the right to not honor an order if we find an incorrect price has been applied to an item. For example, an item is listed as $10 and it should be $100, we reserve the right to cancel the order.  We reserve the right to cancel any orders if a pricing error has occurred. We will contact you before we cancel the order to give you the option to keep the order at the new, updated price or select a different product. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Any money collected will be immediately refunded if we have cancelled an order.  Some products may have limited quantities available and we cannot guarantee that the computer will always have updated availability of an item. You will be given an option to wait if the item can be recreated (or backordered for resale items), or your money will be refunded if we are unable to fulfill an order. We cannot guarantee that the “color” of an item will be accurately displayed on your computer monitor. We reserve the right to limit our sales to a person or a geographic region. We are not a wholesaler and if it appears you are attempting to purchase products from us with the sole purpose of reselling them, we reserve the right to refuse to complete those orders. From time to time, we may provide links to third parties. Your use of those links is at your discretion. We are not responsible for your communication with any third-party.  We reserve the right to delete any comments left on our site that violate copyright, trademark, privacy or personal information rights. We will delete any comments that contain suggestive or profane language or political speech or that are abusive. We reserve the right to deny fraudulent use of promotional codes.

Sales Tax

Sales made in Tennessee are subject to sales tax. Paypal may charge sales taxes in other States if you purchase a product through our page.
