We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and give us an opportunity to make it right. We cannot guarantee that products will meet your expectations.
Products that are undamaged and unused can be returned within 30 days after delivery date. Please contact us before returning a product and allow us an opportunity to make it right or to expect to receive it back. Custom made products and items sold on sale cannot be returned and are “final” sales. Please send all returns with receipt or proof of purchase to:

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning items and only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping costs paid to ship the original item will not be included in refunds. Please be sure you include tracking on your returned item as we will not be responsible for lost items that we have not received.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) and you will receive email notification of approval or rejection of the return. We will replace or repair items or refund your purchase or we will exchange them for the same item.
