Custom orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. 50% deposit is required and is nonrefundable once I have started on the project. Projects can take several months to finish so please plan accordingly if you need a project completed by a specific date. Please contact me to get on my schedule.
Custom Made Quilts
Custom made quilts are approximately 7.5 cents per square inch. 50%, deposit is required upfront and is nonrefundable once the project has begun! The list below is simply an “example” of the sizes and prices for quilts. Your specific quilt design will be discussed and agreed upon before I begin the project.

T-Shirt or Memory Quilts
T-Shirt quilts are individually created by hand so there is no “standard size”, and prices may vary from the examples provided below. At the time project begins, I ask for a 50% deposit, nonrefundable once the project begins. This is to compensate me for time and materials if you change your mind and I must return your items. Once project has started, some items will have been cut and can be returned, but not intact. Any unused items and large scraps will be returned to you with the finished product. I make every attempt to not cut any shirt or garment that is not used in the final product but I cannot make any guarantees. Sometimes things just do not go as planned. Any material that must be “added” to the quilt will be 100% cotton. Batting may be cotton or a cotton/polyester blend, depending on what I have available. Once I start your project, I will be in contact several times to discuss aspects of the quilt and give you choices on the design and placement of shirts, etc. This is your project so I want you to have choices in the design process and leave you with a quilt that you are happy with.
Embroidery Services
Custom Embroidery that can be added to almost anything. Contact me for design choices. Embroidery is $4.60 per piece for pieces up to 5,000 stitches. Pieces over 5,000 stitches are $1 per 1000 stitches. Additional charges apply for digitizing, machine time and labor. Stitch count and price on any specific designs can be determined before the project is started.
Long-Arm Services
I provide Long-arm services for 3 cents per square inch (batting included, backing fabric not included). I use an 80/20 cotton/poly blend batting. You can include your own batting if you prefer and price will be 2.5 cents per square inch if you bring your own batting. Add $18 per yard for backing fabric or bring your own (price is subject to change depending on market prices for backing fabric). Please see these specific instructions for preparing your quilt:
Remove any embellishments from your quilt such as buttons and beads.
Make sure any pockets or patches are properly tacked down.
Trim any excess threads.
It is recommended that you stitch around the perimeter of the quilt to stabilize the edges of your seams.
Carefully inspect your quilt for any open, frayed, or popped seams and repair them prior to bringing for quilting.
Press your quilt to flatten the seams and to help prevent puckering.
Do not spray baste or pin baste the quilt.
Wait to trim your quilt or provide any decorative edging until after it has been quilted.
If you provide your own batting and/or backing fabric, make sure it is 8” – 10” longer and wider than your quilt top. Backing fabric should be cotton quilting fabric and should be pressed.
Quilt tops will be returned untrimmed and unbound. Finishing and machine binding is an additional fee of $80
